Privacy Policy

This policy covers every game published by VaultHub Games ("we", "us"), listed below. In short: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and our games don't require an account.

What we collect
Game progress
Coins, upgrades, unlocked heroes, settings and run progress are stored only on your device. We don't receive them.
Anonymous gameplay statistics
To understand how the games are played and to fix balance and bugs, the games send us gameplay events such as "a run started", "reached wave 7", "boss defeated" or "rewarded ad watched", together with the app version and a random install ID created by the game. The install ID is not linked to your name, Apple ID, email, advertising identifier or contacts, and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. Our server also sees your IP address while receiving the data, as any website does, but we don't store it with the events. Statistics are deleted automatically after 120 days.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center. Your scores are sent to Apple under your Game Center profile, according to Apple's Privacy Policy. We only see what Game Center shows publicly on leaderboards.
Support emails
If you write to us, we receive your email address and the message, and use them only to answer you.
Advertising
Games marked "Ads" above show ads through Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch them for a bonus) and occasional full-screen ads between runs. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as your IP address, device model, OS version, and — only if you allow it — your device's advertising identifier. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice from the game's Settings. Our games don't ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps; without it, iOS doesn't share the advertising identifier.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Deleting a game removes all game data stored on your device.
- To delete anonymous statistics, email admin@vaulthub.us. Because we don't know who you are, we may ask for the install ID shown in the game's Settings.
- Personalised ads can be turned off in the game's privacy settings (where available) and on your iPhone under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
