I lost my progress
Progress is saved on your iPhone. If you deleted the game or moved to a new phone without a backup, progress can't be restored by us, because we don't keep it on our servers.
An ad didn't give me the reward
Rewards are given only when a rewarded ad finishes. If the ad closed early or didn't load, no reward is given and no ad is counted. Try again a little later.
How do I turn off sounds or vibration?
Open the game's Settings (gear icon on the main screen).
How do I delete my data?
Delete the game from your iPhone — this removes all game data stored on the device. To also remove anonymous statistics, email us your request; see the Privacy Policy.
Leaderboards don't work
Leaderboards use Apple Game Center. Make sure you are signed in under Settings → Game Center on your iPhone.
